Quality control is maintained by our Technical Department throughout the manufacturing process, from sourcing of raw materials right down to the time of shipment. In addition to quality control, our Technical Department is an important part of the service we provide to our customers and potential product users.

Crown's laboratory is capable of infrared spectra analysis and various ASTM tests. This enables us to provide a superior consulting service to our customers in solving their lubrication problems through the successful use of our products. A portion of this department is committed to research and development. There is a continuous evaluation of the various types of lubricants in the marketplace and what we can do to advance our product line.
